War Of The Roses

Simon designed and pieced the striped blocks for this quilt with another collection in mind but as often happens with good intentions time deleted this concept. While Simon’s was away, Robbie and Jenny go to and started to embroider these beautiful red floral designs, with the idea of putting them on Simon’s pieced fabric. Robbie and Jenny had a ‘tiny’ in-studio struggle convincing Simon that their idea was a good one; hence the name War of The Roses! All the embroidery is done with Jenny’s Embroidered Decoupage technique, so perfect every time!
